項目簡介
當大量農村人口涌入城市默默為城市奉獻的時候，城市卻無情地將他們忽視了，并引發了一系列社會問題，尤其是農民工在城市的居住形態更加應當引起我們的注意。
大部分進城務工的農民，基本以聚居為主，絕大多數集中在城鄉結合部，以"城中村"的形態存在，這些城中村居住環境雜亂，生活質量低下，造成的社會問題已經相當嚴重，已嚴重影響了城市的健康發展，我們必須為我們的發展"埋單"，我們有責任、有義務通過努力使他們的生活質量、居住形態等到改觀，而不是靠簡單的拆除加以暫時的解決。
本方案提出"社區、建筑、景觀一體化"的理念，營造地下、地面、地上立體復合式的"城中村"空間體系，營造城市居住區環抱下的類似"紐約中央公園"的場景。意圖改善原住民和寄居民的生活環境的同時，解決農民工特別是留守老人、婦女就業、醫療及兒童學業問題，并提供周邊居民休憩、娛樂的場所和滿足他們向往都市田園生活的愿望。

The program put forward the concept of community，architecture，landscape integration，to create an underground，ground，ground three-dimensional composite "urban village" space system，creating a scene similar to the New York Central Park in the urban residential area surrounded by. Intended to improve Aboriginal and send the living environment at the same time，rural migrant workers in particular，stay for the elderly，women's employment，medical and children's academic problems，and surrounding residents open space，entertainment venues and meet the desire of their yearning for urban pastoral life.
導師意見：在我國城市化快速進程中，一些群體被無情地忽視了，位于城郊結合部的自發形成的"城中村"，"外來村"便屬于此類被漠視的地區。南京青奧之際，城市發展進入快速更新階段，位于河西建鄴區某地塊的改造被提上日程。該組同學針對此地塊的更新出路提出自己的觀點，并進行了大量的走訪與調查，期望為國內同類地塊的更新改造探索一條景觀更新，活力塑造的實踐道路，具有一定的實踐指導意義。
