　　Introduction：Urban green plays an extremely important role in improving the urban environment and preserving urban ecosystem balance. With the rapid development of cities， green effect in the high-density urban centers has become a hot issue to all. We choose different green spaces of several high-density centers in Nanjing， Hefei， Zhengzhou， and Shijiazhuang. We made a three-day measurement of temperature， humidity and noise of the green space surrounding. We analysis various types of green spaces on cooling， humidification， and the noise reduction. The influence of green vertical structure area and shape to green ecological effect is studied individually to find the rule of urban green ecological effect diffusing from bosom to surrounding. The results show that： (l) The comfort degree in urban green is different from bare area. Green vertical structure，area and shape can effect green ecological effect. (2) There are ecological field around urban green. In this are，temperature and humidity will change with the distance to greenbelt. Closer to greenbelt， the change goes stronger. And comfort degree change grades within this area？ (3) Urban green can weaken heat island effect. Area and shape index of green space both correlate to the ability to heat island weaken. The correlation is near regression. (4) In the high-density center of the urban area， you can give priority to the planning green area between the range of 103m2-104m2. And the shape of the green space had better been strip or groups. The overall plaque inlaid patterns can better play the ecological effects of the green. This paper is significant to the quantitative ecological effect study of green space. Meanwhile，it is helpful to urban layout and urban environment melioration.
