關于舉行深圳市光明高新園區公共服務平臺建筑方案設計招標活動的公告
Announcement on Tendering for Architecture Design of Shenzhen Guangming Hi-tech Park Public Service Platform

      深圳市光明高新園區公共服務平臺位于光明高新技術產業園區東片區，北臨牛山公園，東臨光僑路，用地面積9.4萬平方米，一期建筑規模約6萬平方米。為打造建筑精品，繁榮“設計之都”建筑設計市場，提升新區品質內涵，深圳市光明新區城市建設投資有限公司決定開展光明高新園區公共服務平臺建筑方案設計招標活動，由于本次招標活動經費有限，為了保證招標活動有序、有為，本次招標活動采用“邀標+公開”的征集的組織方式。經過廣泛的調查摸底和專家綜合評選，并報光明新區管委會批準，選定中建國際（深圳）建筑設計有限公司、深圳市筑博工程設計有限公司、深圳市博藝建筑工程設計有限公司、深圳華森建筑與工程設計顧問有限公司、東南大學建筑設計研究院、朱锫建筑事務所與北京市建筑設計研究院深圳分院聯合體共六家單位為邀標單位。但許多有良好業績和良好素質的設計單位可能沒有被邀請，為征集優秀的設計方案，特向社會公開征集優秀的設計團隊參與本次招標活動，由主辦方組織專家評審，從報名單位中再挑選不超過10家投標單位參與，但不支付設計成本補償費。

The site of Shenzhen Guangming Hi-tech Park Public Service Platform lies in the northeast of Guangming Hi-tech Industrial Park and on the south of Niushan Garden and the west of Guangqiao Road, covering an area of 94 thousand square meters, the construction area of the first phase of this project is 60 thousand square meters. In order to improve the buildings quality, boost the building design market of the Design Metropolis, improve the culture of the District, Shenzhen Guangming District City Construction and Investment Co., Ltd. decides to invite tenders for designing the architecture of Guangming Hi-tech Park Public Service platform. For the limited funds assigned to this tender invitation, to ensure the order and success of the tender invitation, a method of specific invitation plus general invitation is adopted. After extensive investigation and comprehensive expert selection, and approval by Guangming District Administration Committee, the following six units is invited: China Construction (Shenzhen) Design Co., Ltd., Zhubo Architectural & Engineering Design Co., Ltd, Shenzhen Boyi Architectural Engineering Design Co., Ltd, Shenzhen Huasen Architecture and Engineering Design Consultation Co., Ltd, Architectural Design & Research Institute of Southeast University, and unity of Studio Pei-Zhu and Beijing Institute of Architectural Design Shenzhen Branch. But there may be a lot of design units with good performance and high quality which are not invited. To seek good design, we invite the good design unit publicly to tender, the tenders shall be evaluated by the experts invited by the sponsor, no more than 10 tenderers out of the publicly invited units will be selected, but no design compensation will be paid.

      The design units intending to tender should fill in the Application Form (see Appendix 2) and e-mail or fax the same to us before 17:00 Beijing Time on January 10, 2011.
